LOU - FOUNDER OF BADASS COACHING & NUTRITIONIST

Hi, I’m Lou and I’m a nutritionist and women’s wellness coach with over 17 years experience coaching females. 

I started in the fitness industry at a young age as a boxing athlete in a primarily male dominated sport. I recognised the lack of support for female athletes and this inspired me to become a boxing coach. Through my work coaching female boxers, I became aware that the women I was helping needed more support and guidance with nutrition, female health and mindset. This lit a fire in me and became my driving force for change. I opened up a female only gym to provide a supportive and empowering environment for women to strength train. After 7 years of owning a gym and building a solid reputation in the health & fitness industry, I made the decision to go fully online.  As demand for online coaching grew, I realized I could support even more women worldwide; not just in fitness, but in transforming their overall health and well-being.

CAT - MINDSET COACH

Hey! I’m Cat and I’m a women’s wellness coach and psychology graduate with 4 years experience coaching females.

In my 20s, while running my own cake business, I battled severe anxiety. Seeking an escape, I joined a local strength and conditioning gym and it completely changed my life. It became my sanctuary, the one place where I could leave my worries at the door and be fully present. The intensity of lifting, the challenge of each movement; it demanded my full focus, silencing the constant noise in my mind. For the first time, I found clarity and a sense of control through fitness, and I’ve been hooked ever since. It was a saving grace for me, I realised if I could help other people through difficult things and help their mental health through being a coach, that was a no brainer for me.

After making a big move from Dublin to Wexford during Covid, I saw an opportunity to turn a challenging time into something positive. I followed my heart, pursued my passion for fitness, and earned my PT & Fitness Instructor certification. From starting on the gym floor to now coaching fully online, my mission has remained the same - helping women become stronger, more confident, and in control of their health. I believe that fitness isn’t just about workouts and nutrition, it’s about mindset, confidence, and breaking through the mental barriers that hold women back. True change starts from within.
